HSV - Holden Special Vehicles. A name that is synomounous with power,prestige,performance and raw in your face amounts of it at that!! I am building this page not only for HSV cars but for any type of Commodores, be it from the VB to the VT. I hope you find the information contained in these pages to be as informative as possible and if you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me.

HSV - The Marvel of the 21st Century

Define HSV. HSV define themselves as Holden Special Vehicle division. To me a HSV is just that, a Holden Special Vehicle. Wether that means a genuine ,000 Clubsport R8 or a real trick VH Commodore, a HSV can be whatever you want it to be and to me it means any Holden that the owner thinks they themselves are worthy enough to call a HSV. I own a VL Commodore with a bit of work done to it (see the pics on the my car page),and to me thats my HSV. I certainly have not spent ,000 on it even though it seems like it sometimes. But each person has there own views on the subject and that is not what this page is about. This page is about showcasing any type of Holden Special Vehicle out there so if you own any type of HSV send me a pic and I'll try to get it on here for you. Anyways enjoy!!!!!

Keeping Your Car Cool

The Broadwater Car club was formed to bring car enthusiasts together to enjoy thier hobbies. The club has a wide range of cars from Commodores to Falcons and even a Wankel. The club meets usually every Friday and Saturday nights at the Broadwater Car Park down the Gold Coast. We attend a number of events most of which include burnout comps driving comps etc etc etc. Some events attended include: Cruzetime 2001, Kalbar Autofests, most Parkland shows and the Willowbank test and tunes. We have cars that do 20 sec 1/4's and cars that do it in 12 secs. The majority of cars in the club are Commodores with the two most prominant being Shanes OVB355 and Petes 12FRY both badass commodores with even more badass drivers. The Walkinshaw
Designed by Tom Walkinshaw this vehicle came with an in your face body kit that wouldnt of looked out of place on a jet car. It was a love it or hate it affair but for many it signaled the start of a new era of performance vehicles.
